Riv's room

A large basement suite is available in this 4 bed 2 bath house. The rent, move-in date, and housing amenities are negotiable depending on what kind of relationship you would like to have with the housemates.

THE ROOM / RENT

–>Rent $1100, including all utilities.

–> Lease term would be Feb 1 (NEGOTIABLE - can do January start) to Aug 31. You can extend with landlord but your roommates might not!

–>PRIVATE BATHROOM!

–> Separate entrance leading to basement.

–> Shared kitchen/living room area, HOWEVER the basement laundry room also has a sitting area, fridge, and sink if you do not cook often.

–> Shared washer and dryer and shared storage in basement.

THE ROOMMATES

–> Four professionals ages 23-28 and two cats will be your roommates. We are all Queer and/or Latine.

–> In the beautiful Elmhurst area, a 10 minute walk to Providence College. Best suited for someone in graduate school/professional work with steady income.

Young professionals in community health services, education, insurance, and computer science. On the nerdy side, quiet, enjoyers of crafts and nights in, looking for the same kind of people. We’re not the landlords, but your roommate Riv handles all interfacing and logistics with the landlord. Two cats, so please don’t bring more pets.
