Owners are older retired couple who live on the main floor. There is a laundry area and storage/supplies that the owners will be accessing and a shared main floor entrance. Rent is month to month, no lease.

Older retired couple - quiet and easygoing. One cat lives in the house and catbox is in laundry room. Cat is friendly with humans, but not other pets so renter needs to have no pets. Rental reduction can be negotiated when couple travels in exchange for cat care.
