Del Sol Drive

Hello all! I am a 31 year old female looking for someone to take over half of my current lease in the San Diego/Mission Valley area. My current roommate is about to deploy and need someone to fill in starting 1 September 2023 until 20 July 2024 and maybe renew if we get along well. You would have your own room/ full bathroom to yourself.

I have 2 dogs, Oreo and Olive who are very friendly and love people. I am a very tidy person who loves to cook and enjoy the occasional whiskey. There are multiple common areas at the apartment complex that have multiple amenities such as billiards, shuffle board and air hockey. The complex has 2 pools, one of which is located right outside of my unit in addition to a really nice gym in the neighboring building. There is a small workout area in my building but the other gym is much bigger. The apartment complex also hosts different resident events like cooking classes, mixology and movie nights with no admission fee. The apartment complex is located right by the Fashion Valley mall and it close to literally everything. 10 minutes from OB, Balboa Park, Coronado etc.

For clarification, the room and bathroom would be UNFURNISHED. I will also be looking to get a new couch and tv for the living room as well.

Pretty much I’m looking for a low key roommate/friend to take over the other portion.

Here is a breakdown of the cost: Rent: $1900 (parking fee included) Utilities: $100-150

I love spending time with my dogs Oreo and Olive, love to hike, go to the beach and chill with friends.
