You will have your own washer, dryer, fridge and microwave. The bedroom is located on the 2nd floor of a house and has a separate entrance. You will also have access to the 1st floor (common kitchen, dining room, living room) basement and backyard. There is plenty of space for car parking. Lots of stores nearby (5 mins from Wegmans, 7 mins from BJ’s, 8 mins from Walmart) & walking distance from bus stops. The rent is $850/month with separate utilities (internet, electricity, gas, water/sewage, garbage & backyard maintenance): usually about $100-140 per month & per person. The security deposit is $1700. Looking for female/male with a steady job and ideally willing to stay for a minimum of 1 year. NO couples, NO families, NO pets, NO smokers, ONLY female/male individual.

You will not have to share with other tenants as the master bedroom is isolated from the rest of the house (2nd floor & private entrance). For information, there are 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor. One is occupied by a lady in her 40’s and the 2nd one by a student.
