It’s a sizeable room at approximately 13x9 feet, featuring an attached closet and a blank canvas for you to personalize as you wish. There’s also potential for an additional smaller room’s use if needed. The house itself is fully furnished, save for a couch, and it comes packed with desirable amenities. You’ll have access to central AC for those hot summer days, a washer and dryer for easy laundry days, a dishwasher for hassle-free clean-ups, and high-speed fiber internet for your work or entertainment needs. In addition to the room, you’ll share a bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, and a common area in the basement. Outdoors, there’s a charming little patio out front, a garage and an additional parking space available at the back of the house and there’s street parking out front. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better! The house is ideally situated just a 4-5 minute walk from the local East Falls train station and the wonderful Wissahickon Brewery. Currently, I’m the only one living in the property. I’m a professional software engineer, but I make sure to keep active and social in my free time. I love to stay busy with stuff like volleyball, hiking, camping, and outdoor photography. I am also very passionate about live music and cooking, and I love sharing these interests with others. You’ll often find me whipping up new recipes or enjoying a good game night with friends. Plus, I have a knack for mixing cocktails from my time as a bartender. I am respectful, clean, and easy-going, and I’m looking for a roommate who shares these qualities.
