Furnished private room in a very clean 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath West Chester townhome with hardwood floors throughout, washer/dryer, off-street parking, community pool/tennis/walking paths. $970/month includes wifi, electric, heat, water, sewer, trash, community amenities. Great location (Bradford Square community) with plenty of open space, but also within a short walk or drive to Giant, Walgreens, WC Borough, and WCU.

Currently, I am the only person living in the house, but between work and many outdoor hobbies, I am rarely home. I am a friendly and considerate roommate. I would consider renting both available rooms for $900/per room, if two adults were interested in renting.
