The ideal applicant would be a professional looking for a short term base of operations or a fellow entrepreneur invested in a fully optimized living space.

Room is furnished as seen here, though I can empty it if you’d like to bring your own things.

The two current residents are two men in their early 30s. We’re friends of 20+ years that work collectively 5 jobs. We are very busy, but still find time to host conversation and board game evenings on a weekly basis. The general vibe is conversational, introspective, and aspirational.

Despite this, the house is somewhat chaotic and underutilized. You will have a lot of space in kitchen and main living space to make it your own.

Serious consideration: I have three young children that visit for two dinners a week and every other weekend. They are well behaved though often loud and lively. I like them a lot and we often crash through the house.

House rules are generally laissez faire, except I’m protective of my kids and who is around while they are awake.

Other notes: We cook in bulk and are open to having shared food.

There is one pet dwarf hamster.

Ideally you like to talk about new ideas and improve yourself and your surroundings. We’re big on communication and iteration. We love structure and process because we are both autistic+ ADD stereotypes. I’m fairly non-conformist and my housemate is more traditional.

Also very happy to house and feed a hermit that wants a cave in the back of the house.
