The spot is available starting August 1st, but we are flexible if you need to move in later (even in September). The space is close to Ocean Beach (literally two blocks away) and is in a quiet, safe, and chaos free part of the city. It’s close to great restaurants, grocery stores, and public transportation. There’s also plenty of street parking for SF. The house is a 3 bedroom home with a full bathroom in the house, and a half bathroom in the garage. Garage has plenty of storage space and has a washer and dryer. We have a back deck and a small patio with a garden. The rent is $1275 a month, not including utilities. We also ask for a security deposit of $1500 and two reference checks.

I am a teacher who has lived in the house for 6 years. I am the master tenant. The other roommate works from home for a conservation company. We’re both males in our 30s. Who we’re looking for: A quiet, polite person who will respect the rules of the house and the fact that it’s filled with our belongings. No long term visitors, no parties, no smoking inside, no pets (unless small like fish).
