The house is located close to the golf course area, about 5 minutes away from NMSU, and really close to the Memorial Medical Center, in a very quiet and beautiful upscale neighborhood. Spacious room fully furnished, private bathroom, extra storage and access to the kitchen. You can also use the beautiful backyard. No parties allowed, as it is a very quiet place. Street parking / driveway available. No couples at this time. Sorry no pets allowed. Required first moth of rent in advance and one month deposit The person interested in renting the room will be subject to a background and credit check.
