Me and my roommates are looking for someone to take over 1 room/spot in the house on 425 East 7th Street. This home has 5 bedrooms, 2 baths, large living room with attached all seasons room, built-in bar area, large private deck, private off-street parking, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, hard surface flooring, updated bathrooms, lawn care,snow removal and 24-hour maintenance. It is not fully furnished and rent is $975 a month but me and my roommates will have most if not all the shared furniture covered for. This house is in a great location just a block off Kirkwood and close to many of the local bus stops around campus. I’d love to know if you’re interested

The 4 of us are going to be seniors this fall, our original 5th roommate had a last minute change of plans and we’re left looking for someone to take his lease
