2 Bedrooms are available in a 3 bed 2 bath house that I’m currently staying in. The downstairs room is rather large with its own bathroom and living space as well in the ground level of the house, this is 900$ per month. The upstairs room is 650$ per month and a smaller room and a shared bathroom with myself. There’s a rather large fenced in area with a back porch as well, quiet neighborhood. Rent does not include utilities, water, internet, or trash. Security deposit would be the cost of the monthly rent you are interested in. If we feel things would be a good fit you would formally apply through bitterroot property management which would include an application fee of 75$ and fincancial/references check. I’m a 28 year old professional in town, I’ve been in Missoula for 5 years and this space for 2 years now. I have a 4 year old dog named bear who loves all everybody and is very friendly. I enjoy all things outside and staying active. I keep a relatively clean space, cook quite a bit as well. Couples are welcome to reach out as well despite it saying no couples!
