About the room
Beautiful unique location adjacent to Rancho San Rafael! This place was my friend’s rental and I was so excited to hear that it was becoming available. I currently live on what I have found to be one of the nicer properties in Reno, and I think this place is much cooler. It is a mini farm with 20 raised bed with irrigation, chickens and room for dairy goats. Perfect for those looking for a whole foods healthy lifestyle. Looking for a co-gardener.
About the roomies
There would just be you and me. We live above a retired couple. They are the nicest people and are hard of hearing so we don’t have to walk on tiptoes around them. This isn’t really your party house those to invite 10+ people to get drunk at. Respectful gatherings encouraged!!
