About the room
I have might have a room for rent in a nice condo avavaible in august. I have been here for 8 years. You will have your own space, There are two bathrooms so you pretty much have your own bathroom We have a laundry unit inside nonsmoking condo.
The $800 will include Electric, water, internet I will not require you to put a deposit in. Just a written agreement that you will give 30 day notice and fix any damages you have made. Rent is due by the 1st of the month.
House has security cameras and digital lock. You will get access too.

About the roomies
I am 36. I work for the city of Port Orange going on 3 years now. I work monday to friday. Work out 5 times a week. If I am not at work I am playing computer games.
