There is one room available in a five bedroom-three story, house share, the bedroom pictured is available march 1st, it is a good size it has a full size desk, a dresser, and a full size memory foam bed, ( which to be honest is my favorite bed in the house ) very comfortable!! There are 3 full bathrooms, (first floor is a private bathroom). Tenants on second floor share the second floor bathroom and tenants on third floor share the third floor bathroom, 2 tenants per bathroom. All are welcome to apply, must have a stable job with atleast three current pay stubs from the same job, the more you have the better. Must complete a background check prior to moving in, the owner only does a background check after you do a tour, the background check takes about 1-2 days, an if approved the 43$ will be deducted from your move in deposit. You are responsible to complete the background check on your own you will be sent you a link in your email through smartmove and you will pay the 43$ the owner will be notified once you complete it. Will NOT accept/approve anyone with a history of violent crimes, or evictions. Flexible leasing options available with a minimum 6 months stay. Rooms are only available until September 1st. With the possibility to renew the lease. Rent is not including utilities all persons living in the house split all utilities in the middle of the month including internet. There is high speed Fios internet which is one of the utilties that tenants share. Move in requires one month’s rent, last months rent an $250.00 deposit ( minus the 43$ ) Rent can be pro-rated if you move in any time after the first of the month. Your last months rent will be applied on your last month, security deposit will be returned to you within 30 days after all outstanding utilities have been deducted, and any other expense the owner might incur such as hiring a company to clean the room(if needed your allowed to clean the room first an completely before hiring a company), or repair damage excluding normal wear and tear. A final walk through will be scheduled on the last day of your lease to go over the room with you once you have removed all your belongings and cleaned the room. All leases are month to month, and the owner reserves the right to not renew at any time. You will recieve 30 days notice before the expiration of your lease that he is not renewing your lease UNLESS A breach of lease occurs which will be grounds to end your lease with 10 or 15 days notice if your lease is expiring, and your renting for less than a year. I have been friends with the owner for a long time an I love the house, it’s super close to the city within walking distance to Market street an Lancaster Ave, two bus routes 31 an 38 run right outside, and its a short walk to the MFL, making it convenient to get anywhere, it’s right next to Penn an Drexel universities, which is perfect for students! The shared common areas include living room, kitchen, dining room, an basement which has a W/D. There are multiple refridgerators freezers and cabinets for space for food. PETS ARE WELCOME! Must be under 30lbs and have up to date vet records including all immunizations/vaccines and a health certificate.

Christian works long hours full time, and even though he isnt around much he’s very friendly! Steve is a student at Drexel who just recently moved back from Connecticut, he has a cat (sphynx) named Mori who is the love of his life, he is the owner of the house but I help him with collecting utilities, rent, and maintenance requests. I assist in doing the house tours, and doing the walk throughs of the rooms before and after moving out. I will collect your rent at the first of every month an utilities (internet) on the 11th and (gas water electric) 13th-15th of each month via zelle, personal check, or cash app. If you have any issues or need maintenance just ask me! I’m super friendly and have made this house a home, I want everyone to feel comfortable an happy when you walk through the door an just know you can kick your feet up an relax an say “finally I’m home” I really strive for that. All pets must be up to date on vaccines and their check-ups, de-wormed, and have ongoing preventative flea treatment.
