Looking for a new roommate in their mid 20s to mid 30s to share this amazing 2 bedroom apartment right in the heart of Los Feliz! It is the lower unit (the entire floor) in a house with 2 units on the upper floor, and a detached 4th unit in the back of the property. You would sign onto a new lease to start and move in on August 1 (1 year lease). Your rent would be $2100 per month (I would pay $2345 per month since I will take the bigger bedroom and the portion of the sun room for my office). Water, garbage, and gardening is included with the rent and we pay electric/gas. Security deposit would be $2,222.50 (1 months rent as if splitting the rent 50/50).

You would have your own bedroom with a full private bathroom (with a shower) and a walk-in closet. Not including the bathroom and closet, your room measures 11 ft by 12 ft.

The apartment is quite large, with a big kitchen (remodeled in the last 2 years) with a dishwasher and sink disposal, laundry room with in-unit washer/dryer, central heat and A/C, living room, dining room, and entry room/sun room (I will be using half of it for my work from home office).

This unit also has 3 parking spots! I am taking up one with my car, but even with your car, there would still be room for a guest to park their car there too. There is also an outlet out front that can be used for EV charging (though we can only charge 1 at a time). Next to those 3 parking spots is a front yard area with grass that is only for this unit!

There is a shared backyard with some space in the shared storage shed with extra storage too.

Your bedroom will not come furnished, but the rest of the apartment will be partially furnished since I currently live here (there is already a couch, coffee table, living room rug, dining table without chairs, and living room TV).

A little bit about me: my name’s Dennis, I am a late 20s guy that works from home as a Project Engineer, and overall I am pretty easy going! I do travel for work on average once per month for around a week. I like to keep a clean house, and enjoy things like going out to bars, comedy shows, traveling, tennis, chess, golf, volleyball, hiking, learning to DJ, and going to concerts/festivals. I also have a 16 year old pet lovebird, so we cannot have any dogs or cats.

I want to be friends with whoever moves in to this spot with me! I don’t really want to have the “let’s mind our own business, we don’t have to talk” type of roomationship.
