Beautiful farm located in Pownal just 20 minutes North of Portland. My property is located in the country, but is just 3.5 mile from Freeport Center. I’m seeking an educated professional to share my home with me. A background and credit check will be performed prior to committing to a potential renter. This is a very relaxed, quiet environment with expansive beautiful grounds and two beautiful and very happy Golden Retrievers. I also have a barn and workshop that may be utilized in the right situation. The room is large with a big closet and is currently furnished. This is a shared bathroom situation. This is a month to month rental at this time. I understand you may have a partner, but this is a rental for one person only. Guests may stay from time to time as long as my situation is being respected. Pets on a case by case basis.

I’m a friendly, hardworking middle aged professional looking to share my home with the right person. I’m tidy, but not a neat freak. I’m very respectful and prefer peace and nature over TV and loud music. That said, I do watch TV from time to time and love good music.
