Private Rooms For Rent Hi!

We are a couple living in the Bangor area, and we are looking for tenants/roommates (students prefer). Our house is a beautiful Bangor box built in 1902, has great light and an amazing location, we are close to the bus line and a couple minutes from Downtown. We will be offering 2 rooms by the middle to end of August.

• Room 1 has a queen bed, a large closet and tv. $800

• Room 2 has a full bed, desk, small closet and tv. $750

Internet 1GB Up/Down and all utilities included, laundry and drier, backyard access and garage storage if needed. Also there is exercise equipment available for use.

PS: One important request is you must like dogs, we have 2 and they are part of the agreement.

We are a couple working and studying at the University of Maine and living in the Bangor area. I work in the GIS technology space and my husband works in renewable energy research. We are very tidy and environmentally conscious. We like to feed the birds and the bees, work in our garden, and attend local events like Green drinks.
