Ocean Beach Boulevard

My home is directly on the ocean, you can literally step out the front door and you’re a few steps from the water’s edge, depending on the tides. Centrally located you can easily walk to Ron Jon’s, restaurants and local establishments.

I am retired, hence I want to share my place with someone 40 years, or older, Man or Woman. I own another property in Christmas Fl. where I spend most of my time, so you will easily have the place to yourself the majority of the time, and I will contact you if I’m coming to the beach to go surfing or need to work on something that’s in the home.
