Unit is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom. 750 sq. ft. I have a spare bedroom that is completely empty. I’m living here by myself at the moment. Requirements include income of $1500/mo and 650 credit score (property manager, not me. I think that’s stupid). Room has pretty decent closet space. No ac in the unit, but I have a portable ac specifically for that room. Rent is $1050 (so I’d be asking for $525) , electric usually is $40-50 (75-80$ when running the ac units, so I’d be asking for $20-$40), water/heat is included in rent. Other household expenses like internet and stuff we can sort out together. Laundry is on site, however I have a sink hookup washing machine in the unit you’re welcome to use. Washing machine and dryer that’s on site is coin operated. $1.50 per load. I am definitely looking for other queer/LGBTQIA+ folk, or queer/LGBTQIA+ friendly people to room with.

I’m 27 years old. I am a BT, working on becoming an RBT. Basically I work with children who have autism. I’m very queer (polyamorous nonbinary transfemme). I’m fairly organized and do my best to clean up after myself. Between work, friends, and my partners, Im not home a lot. I’m usually gone the entire weekend. I’m not really sure what else to put here.
