My apartment is on the 1st floor and faces a pond and wooded area, close to the pool, gym, clubhouse, grills, and parking. Is nice and quiet as well. It is near Main St LWR and University Mall. Rent is @ $1,150 each (must be on lease) which includes Spectrum TV and WI FI. Water is @ $15mo each and electric is @ $35mo each. Background check required but no deposit. There is an $85 processing fee. I’m seeking12mo lease

I’m a 64 year old professional straight man but pretty hip…lol. I work M-F from @ 7am - 4pm. weekends off. I’m quiet and keep to myself. Non smoker wanted but I’m 420 friendly. I have a good cat and he will not bother you but no other pets allowed. I do NOT discuss politics or religion. What ever your deal is, is ok with me. The apartment is always NEAT, CLEAN and expected to stay that way. I have EVERYTHING including dishes and cookware which I will share!! All you need are things for your room, bathroom. food and drink. There is kitchen storage also. You need to be honest, clean, neat, courteous, respectful, trustworthy and have no issues with rent or bills each month. Quiet with none to minimal apartment traffic like me. This includes children, friends that never leave and overnight guests. I also prefer someone who works as well. no retired or work from home. Male or female ages 35-65 with no issues with paying rent or bills. In person viewing is available ASAP. I KNOW THIS SEEMS LIKE ALOT BUT JUST BE A GOOD ROOMATE, THAT’S ALL.
