Hi there, I am looking for someone to take my lease of Evolve on Main which is a good apartment near Washington State University, from August 19, 2023 - July 31, 2024, you can renew the lease if you like.
Apartment environment： The apartment is fully furnished. The unit has air condition, a dishwasher, and laundry (washer and dryer) in the unit. The fitness room is on the second floor, every level has a large study room, pet friendly, and free parking place on the first floor.
Rent: $654/month I will cover the rent for August and September, and all lease transfer fees. My time is flexible, please contact me if you are interested.
About the roomies
The unit will have other 3 roommates, they are moving out next semester, you can also match your roommate by using the apartment system.
