3br 1bth in humboldt park - beautiful historic grey stone with plenty of on street parking. central ac, wood floors, dishwasher, large kitchen, back yard space and porch. second floor - stairs only. just two rooms occupied - 3rd room can be used as a studio or office - very ideal for work from home folks! just a block away from the park! super close to the major bus lines and plenty of grocery stores on north ave. the summer time is gorgeous here. both upstairs and downstairs neighbors are super sweet, we share a garden with lots of strawberries to share in the spring! looking for queer room mate to create a safe and comfortable space together ~ must be vaxed and covid conscious. preferably someone in their late 20s or older. the open room fits a queen comfortably and has a south facing window!

also there is one cat here! and yes! plants are welcome!! unfortunately the property only allows one pet per apt 🙁

I love cooking, gardening and art. I am a florist and integrate art making pretty much in my everyday life. I go out occasionally but not super often. Usually it is a music event, dancing or going out for a meal. I love watching movies and indulging in some trash tv here and there. always keeping communal spaces tidy!

I am queer and indigenous, our rights mean alot to me! I do involve myself in my community through mutual aid and I love it.
