Nice apartment complex with a 2 pools, a gym, and an open area with games right near gulf to bay and 19.

You would have your own room and bathroom! The rooms are bigger than anywhere else I’ve seen in this area. Good sized living room as well. Our room and bathroom is on the opposite side of the apartment. We’ll all just split the bills evenly (electric and internet approx $100 a person )

New lease starts Oct 1

My boyfriend and I are chill and work full time outside of the house! We smoke 🌲and occasionally go out. We both have opposite schedules (he’s like 5am- 2pm and I’m 5pm-11pm) so we don’t mind whatever your schedule is. We’re both really active so we workout a lot. We have a cat named Meiko, he doesn’t jump on counters or anything, doesn’t even meow, and he stays pretty close to us so you won’t even know he’s there unless you wanna play fetch with him. We’re both social but also keep to ourselves.

Our best friends (another couple) were living here but they’re getting married so they’re getting their own place. So we are open to having a couple.
