Available 10 x13ft room in a 4 bed/2 bath rental home in Glendale, AZ with a shared bathroom. The common areas are furnished and the available room will be unfurnished. The drive way is long enough to fit each car, rent is $585 monthly, $15 wifi monthly. Utilities are separate and will be split by 4. Refundable security deposit is required, rental company does require a $50 background check and the lease ends June 16, 2024.

My roommate Emily, Hayden and Aileen are either working full-time or a student. There are 2 cats, they are all neutered/spayed and fully up to date with their vaccines. The cats just eat, sleep and lounge. We are looking for a responsible roommate with open communication and ability to maintain a clean environment! Excited to meet you!
