You’ll be taking over my current roommate’s half of the lease, (he recently moved to his girlfriend’s place), so you’ll need to be able to provide proof of income for the property management company, as well as pass a background check assuming they decide to run one on you.

About the roomies
About me: I work in the IT industry as a help desk analyst from 9:00am-5:30pm Sun-Thu (work from home), and am currently taking courses for some IT certifications. I pretty much keep to myself most of the time and like to keep a clean, mostly quiet place to study and unwind after work.
Who I’m looking for: Just standard roommate stuff - someone who will pay rent on time, buy their own food, clean up after themself, etc.
