My condo is in a quiet community. Close to St. Pete JC (Clearwater campus). Very close to Westfield Countryside mall, plenty of sidewalks to ride a bike or walk, a park is very close etc.. You can actually walk or bike to shop here. I live on a fixed income so the extra money will help. I have no pets.
