Very nice and quiet townhouse in Pleasanton! Three stories with a furnished living room. This room for rent will be on the third floor and there are 3 other roommates on the same floor - 1 in the master bedroom and a couple in the other room. The room will be sharing a bathroom with the couple. They are very clean and tidy! Laundry room is on the same floor! Move in date would be September 3rd. Utilities are not included, but your share would only be around $100 or less.

Roommates are all clean and quiet! They will occasionally have friends over to cook or just hangout, but it’s always kept at a good volume. The roommates are cool and they all get along!
