The unit is a [1000](tel: 1000) square ft 2bd/2bth townhome on a highly desirable, safe, walkable street. It’s near Downtown Culver, the 405, and a 12 minute drive from UCLA. This is perfect for any UCLA students or SMC. Culver City has many fun events, such as live bands. salsa dancing outside/ restaurants just less than 10 minutes from the apartment!

Rent is $1700 (not including utilities) We also have in-unit laundry, parking and a beautiful rooftop!

About me: I’m from Modesto, CA and lived in LA for about a year now! I work full time as a manager at a gym!
