Three bedrooms all with their own bathroom. This room includes garage parking! Quiet, newer community with pool and gym. Right outside the community gates is LVAC, sprouts, winco, target, Walmart, and Costco.

I am a 33 year old male who is very low key and looking for someone who will respect me and my space. I mostly work nights and I do not party or anything like that but will on occasion host a group of friends for a get together most likely. You would know ahead of time if this was happening and I would expect the same courtesy from you, though having a friend or two over impromptu would be totally fine. All utilizes would be taken care of except a share of the electric.
