Located in Pacific ranch, a beautiful housing community with 3 pools and jacuzzis, one is right outside the front door. The room that is available is massive, the bathroom has a separate tub, walk in closet, and double vanity. It’s all in the pictures.

The house comes with a washer and dryer, plus all kitchen appliances. The rest is unfurnished so we can work on making it our home. We have some furniture that we can bring in but we would love to discuss and see what everyone has to offer and their tastes.

There is an attached garage, currently the spots are taken but there is plenty of parking right out front. If you need a spot to park in the garage, we can discuss. Feel free to use it for storage for bikes etc.

Currently there are no animals living here, it’s negotiable, just reach out and we will discuss. We have no preference for male/female, single or couple, we are just looking for the right fit! Applicants will need to fill out a rental application.

My wife and I go between here and a home we are taking care of for our family in the area, there is one other female roommate moving in mid August. The female roommate works from home, but we don’t. I’m a teacher at a local high school and my wife works for a local water district. Quiet group of non smokers
