I have a Quiet, Furnished Room with access to small, fenced-in private Patio and private Bath. I’m located within the Brookside, UOP and Delta College Area. Parking is available within the gated community. Furnishings can be removed if you have your own and staying longer than 6 months. LONG TERM roommates are preferred, Utilities, Wi-Fi, cable are included. There is a Pool, with lounging area. Two Laundry Rooms are available, one of which is within steps from apartment. This is my apartment and I currently live alone. I have two Sons, one here in Stockton and the other in San Jose. They visit frequently, especially the one living here. I am a retired, 70+ professional, from San Jose. I’m also a former VIPS (Volunteer in Police Service) here in Stockton.
