I have a private furnished room available in a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house in the Antelope/North Highlands area. Cleanliness is important and the lease terms are negotiable. Amenities include:

I’m a female working a 9-5 M-F and am not home much during the week. The other current roommate is a flight attendant, so she will only be home half of the week. We’re both friendly and extroverted, but like to come home to a neat, quiet environment. We respect privacy and personal space.
