Looking for a roommate to occupy one bed/bath in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment. Washer/dryer is in the bathroom. Total of rent + utilities + internet and split in half is the quoted monthly cost for the room so it is all included already. The room comes with a bed + frame + linens which you can use. Lease ends May 2024.

I am generally private and not really talkative, clean but not a neat freak, and not interested in cleaning up after others. I own 2 bikes so there will have to be some space accommodation but on the other hand you would have the assigned parking spot since I don’t own a car.
