2 ROOMS AVAILABLE AUGUST 1ST - 9-MINUTE WALK TO THE BEACH! The apartment is in San Clemente, just 9 minutes from the pier and 2 minutes from Del Mar. Im looking to renew my lease for my 3 bedroom apartment August 1st and need two girls to fill the other two rooms. A little bit about what I’m looking for in a roommate: Ideally, you will be in your twenties or early thirties. *Girls only. No cigarette smoking, no drugs. Weed is fine. (must also be ok with occasional weed). Pets could be discussed. My dog gets along with other pets, including cats, but this would be more up to the landlord than me. Preferably you don’t work from home, but it’s not a deal breaker. I’D also love to have roommates that like to hang out occasionally and chat, but also not necessary. Must be clean and willing to contribute to the space! The rooms: One bedroom with shared bathroom and street parking: $1150 Master bedroom with private bathroom and garage parking: $1600 (this bedroom is as big, if not bigger than our living room, and has two closets.) I am very active and live a healthy lifestyle. I also coach CrossFit and run my own nutrition coaching service. I have an 8-year-old German Shepherd named Zara. She is the sweetest girl ever! I have a boyfriend of a little over 3 years. He comes over on the weekends but never stays more than two nights. I keep the home very clean and I do not have parties. If I ever do have people over, I always check and make sure everyone in the house is ok with it. I have a close group of friends and definitely want people in the house who are cool with meeting them and hanging out.
