Rainier Drive

Hello I have a large private semi furnished room with own bath. There is a large a walk in closet with ample storage. Washer and dryer is in unit. I have a chihuahua that lives here. No other pets will be accepted. Two balconies upstairs and a covered porch on first floor. No smoking please. First and last month’s rent required upon back ground check approval for move in. All utilities and internet are included.

I am 61 years old who works from home. I am a pretty quiet person and respect boundaries. I do have 3 adult children and some grand kids. We like to get together once in a while.
