PLEASE READ: Living room available, not a bedroom. The apartment is a spacious 1bed and 1bath apartment with a balcony. The kitchen and bathroom would be shared with me. The living room would be your space. So think of it as having a studio apartment. There is small closet in the living room also. I can help out with ideas for privacy and setting up your area. The apartment is in a good area with a low crime rate also. The security deposit will be the first month rent. Rent will be about $650 a month after utilities.

I will be the only roommate. Im in my early 20s, I’m a hairstylist in the local area. Looking for a roommate to save money and to have company. Living alone can be scary at times lol. Im very respectful. I don’t bring a lot of traffic into my home unless close friends every now and then. I don’t host parties or anything like that. My home is my safe haven. I ask of my potential roommate to be reliable of paying their half of the rent. To keep their area and the home itself clean at all times please and to be respectful of me and our neighbors.
