Hello, my name is Shara, I’m basically looking for a co-applicant to assist in paying at least a portion of that, as you know the cost of living has been skyrocketing and it’s nearly impossible to make 4 times your rent 🥲 I am a mother of one so a roomie who is female and child friendly is preferred.

It’ll just be me and my 7 year old son, we’re typically quiet, we don’t have any pets and no smoking cigarettes in the house as I have asthma.
