One bedroom available (14 X 11 ft) in a 3 bedroom house 12 minutes from Cal Poly Humboldt. 2 bathrooms, one shower. Built in dresser with 2 storage shelves and a closet. 3 lights , 3 outlets and 2 windows. 2 entry doors adjacent to the living room and kitchen. There are 2 cats, they mostly stay in the bedroom. Current occupants are three woman, early 20s. Looking for another female , college age, LGBTQ+ friendly. Water utility included in rent. House includes washer and dryer.

We all lead pretty busy lives between some of us working full time and some of us being part-time workers and full time students. We sometimes like to socialize in the evenings in the living room.(Have a few drinks and watch a movie or tv show together). We are all super friendly and love to keep a relatively clean space.
