I use the front room as a bedroom. We’d share the bathroom. Full kitchen. Laundry in unit. Gym membership included. No pets unfortunately. There’s a pool! It’s in a great location with a Von’s grocery store, Starbucks, Panda Express, etc. in the adjacent parking lot. Nearby the 134, 101, Burbank Town Center, AMC theatres, Round 1 Bowling, and so much more! I’ve lived in this place for over a year and I can’t stress how much I love it!

It’s just me! I write, watch comedy and sports. I cook but clean up after myself. I’m pretty chill and can hang but also be by myself as well.
