There is one current Tenant who will be staying while two of the others (myself included) are looking to find replacements. The one who is staying is very kind and sweet. They usually work Th-M late shifts from 2-10/11pm. They keep the space clean, and do not disrupt others with noise. Guests are okay as long as there is communication around it!
