Contains its own manually-controlled split Mitsubishi HVAC system (AC & Heat) & private bathroom with shower. The unit contains a microwave oven, refrigerator, garbage disposal and counter/cabinet kitchenette area. Wifi, water, garbage & electricity are included with rent. The premises is pest-managed once every two months (more if necessary). The estate is in a cul-de-sac just south of Wolf Lakes Park on the outskirts of east Clovis. Approximately an hour and half from Yosemite, Sequoia & Kings Canyon National Parks!

The studio is private and accommodates one individual. The attached home is composed of a Husband/wife & 3 college-aged adult children. Husband and wife work from home 80% of the week. There are domestic animals (three dogs & two cats) on property which are bathed every other week, obedient and trained.
