Super secure location among estates on 2.0+ acres. The suite is attached to one side of the large home with it’s own driveway & entry. Outstanding manually-controlled split Mitsubishi HVAC system (AC & Heat). It contains its own private bathroom. The unit contains a microwave oven, refrigerator, coffee maker and counter/cabinet kitchenette area. Wifi, water, garbage & electricity are included with the rent. A Cal King bed and book shelves/hutch are in suite and may be used if desired (will be removed if not desired). The premises is pest-managed once every two months (more if necessary). The estate is in a cul-de-sac just south of Wolf Lakes Park on the outskirts of east Clovis/Sanger in Fresno County. Within approximately an hour to hour and half you may visit Yosemite, Sequoia & Kings Canyon National Parks!

The home is composed of an adult family of 5. Husband/wife (middle aged) & 3 college-attending adult children. Two of the children attend college in a different city. Husband and wife work from home 80% of the week. There are domestic animals (three dogs & two cats) on property which are bathed every other week, obedient and trained.
