I have a room with closet space available on Dec. 1st in my 2b2b apt. with private bathroom and shared shower/bathtub including common areas, I reside on Twin Peaks with fantastic views. I’m a pretty outgoing active straight male who enjoys ocean swimming, biking, cooking, camping, volunteering etc. I’m looking for a mature, respectful roommate to move in as soon as possible, my last roommate had to leave after 10 years due to family matters.
