Nolen Road

So this property is at the Grayson in Clarksville. It is a 3 bedroom on the 4th floor and close to the mall and shopping on Wilma Rudolph. The last roommates were a couple and they are currently moving out. The rent is $600 for a single person. The water is billed with the rent as is the wifi. So the actual monthly rent can fluctuate a little depending on usage. There is 24/7 gym access as well as a pool on the property. The actual room is around 11 by 13 feet with it’s own closet and bathroom. The entire apt has to make 3 times what the monthly rent is but other than that the requirements are pretty relaxed.

I am 27, I work dayshift at a factory for 12 hours of the day and when I am not doing that I am usually on my PC. I have a dog that lives with me but we both tend to stay in my room most of the time. The other occupant has 2 dogs and one is a registered service animal so at the moment no other pets can be on the lease. He is also moving out midway through September.
