The apartment is fully furnished minus the room that is available. Bathroom is shared. Rent is $975 per month utilities included. Location is in Silver Spring 5 minuets away from downtown Silver Spring and 5 minuets away from Downtown Bethesda in the opposite direction. This is perfect for someone who is just starting out, you will only have to bring your bedroom furniture / belongings. I work night shifts 3 nights a week and sleep during the day so you won’t have to worry about me bothering you during the day in case you work from home.
