I just moved into a remodeled 2 bedroom apartment coming from Michigan. Looking to rent the second room with roommate. I do not smoke, or do drugs. I appreciate the same. No pets or children. Have to share the rest of the apartment but you get your own private room. New floor, painted, with huge closet space. Also, has central air.

No felony convictions

$400 + deposit up front and we split the electric, water, and internet/wifi/tv bill

Plenty of parking and lit up parking lot.

This room is UNFURNISHED

Unfortunately there is no laundry at this time until the landlord puts it in after the end of the year.
