It includes the living room equipped with built-in shelves and storage cabinets, a dining area, a well-equipped kitchen with high end stainless steel appliances, and a spacious covered back porch that can be enjoyed in any weather.
There is on-street parking space consistently available just out front on Piedmont Avenue.
Utilities and internet are included in the rent amount.
My friend and I will be your housemates. Also my two cats. My friend will be moving in the summer though. May find another housemate then.
The cats roam the house freely, so I’d prefer a housemate that loves cats and will care for them as their own. Unfortunately no other pets are allowed.
I work from home most days doing software development. I’m into powerlifting and body building, so most mornings I head to the gym before work. I’m keep things pretty quiet around here and don’t have guests over very often. I’d like a housemate that operates similarly.
