Hello! My one roommate is moving out come the end of July and my other roommate and i are going to be looking for someone to take her spot. Its a 2 bedroom 1 bath house with a loft. You would be getting the Big bedroom. It’s Located in Arden hills off right off 35W. less than a 5 min drive to rosedale mall, within walking distance to a local lake. 15 min drive from downtown Minneapolis and 20 min drive from st paul. Nice big 2 car garage, big driveway, nice big fenced in backyard with a small deck, very nice and quiet neighborhood. The house has a washer/dryer in the basement, dishwasher, lots of storage both in the garage and basement, Central heating and AC. My roommate and I are looking for Female only ages 25-38 young professionals who don’t smoke, hardly drink, not into partying, and is nice and respectful. The rent is going to be $750 plus utilities so about less than $850 a month. Again females only, Please message me if you are interested or know someone who is.

The other roommates are Nurses! One has a small dog, and 4 ducks, the other won’t be home what much because of work and home life.
