Dedicated parking, large backyard, and shared kitchen, and washer/dryer on premise. Located in a quaint family oriented neighborhood, there is access to private tennis courts, racketball courts, swimming pool (temperature regulated), hot tub, and small hiking trails.
More info: Lease duration is 1 year. Estimated monthly utilities cost is approximately $100-150 each. This covers wifi, electricity, gas, and water. Unfortunately, property management does not permit any pets or animals. Responsive and accommodating landlord to address any concerns promptly.

Looking for someone (late 20s to early 30s) who is career-oriented, respectful, and friendly. We are 2 adults (1 guy and 1 girl) in our early 30s that have lived here for ~two years! Our 3rd roommate is relocating and we are looking to fill their vacant room.
