Traven's room

I have 1 available basement bedroom. Basement has a rear exterior entrance, a bar, pool table, fridge, cabinet, and counter top appliances. Laundry is on the main floor. There is a hot tub in the backyard. I have cats, which stay upstairs. Because I have cats, I don’t want any other animals in the house. This is a large lot in city limits, so there is plenty of off street parking.

It is currently me and two guys on the main floor. There is a lady in the other basement bedroom. We’re all quiet and mostly keep to ourselves. I’m looking for similar roommates. No parties, no overnight guests, no drug use on the property. Whoever rents the room will share the bathroom with the other basement tenant.
