Joseph's room

2 rooms are opening up in my house in Lakewood. Both are about 250 square feet and come unfurnished. The house has plenty of parking around it in a safe neighborhood in Lakewood. There is a front yard, a fenced-in back yard, a back patio, a 2-car garage, and a large communal living area. One room is upstairs and another is in the basement. No pets are allowed in the house from landlord requirements.

The house has 3 working professionals in their mid-twenties. We are all very respectful, have good communication, and are fairly quiet in this quiet neighborhood. The other two roommates are both female as the house has predominately had females living in it for the past 5+ years. At least one female is preferred to move in but we are open to having one male additionally. We have roommate meetings to check in every month or two to make sure everyone is on the same page and communicate things that are going on. Everyone is very comfortable hanging out with one another but we do not feel obligated to if we have other things going on. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to me!
